I have just started to get involved with geneaolgy. Will someone please explain how a list like this can be of help. There are so many links etc. that I don't know where to start.
I am on Ancestry.com and understand most of that but when it comes to list like this I am at a loss........Thanks.
Cyndi's List I am currently arguing with someone via e-mail who I think believes that Cyndi's List is just a book. I said the book (2001) is outdated, the online version is current. He argues that the online version is not current. I am confused. It finally dawns on me he is referring to the snippet book version on Google, not my a...ctual web site! I wish I could reach through the screen when trying to explain things to people!
Cyndi's List Sigh. I get really tired of having to explain my tardiness in getting things done (my excuse is that I'm only one person!). I think I might start making up bizarre reasons and using those instead. At least I'll amuse myself. To tonight's complaintant: "I'm sorry, but I haven't yet fixed your broken link because I'm rec...overing from my third plastic surgery. They just can't get the hump on my back placed correctly."

Elsa Cyndi, I just noticed your Antarctica section! Who would have thought about Antarctica and genealogy at the same time? But then I've worked at the (Tacoma) FHC for years on and off and never once noticed that the SLC library's catalog included an Antartica section. Go figure. You know, I mentioned that I take computer ...security classes at ITT Tech in Seattle. One of our instructors told us just before the break that Wells Fargo has an ATM in Antarctica. Isn't that funny?
Jule Ross hello, I have been doing reasher for 14 years. Unfortunately I am not very organized. I have family tree maker but I have hundreds of photos that I need to put in a binder or photo book. I want them to last forever. Does any one have any suggestions? Thanks, Julie
