It's amazing that doing something as simple as jumping can be a joyful experience for kids.

It's always nice to see an old friend. I ran into PMD, of EPMD, at last night's Kid Rock show, where I was the opening act. It brought back fond memories. The first record I learned to mix with was EPMD's first single entitled "It's My Thing."

I had the chance to sit in on a recording session for Estelle, where she's recording her sophomore CD. I managed to capture this candid just as a friend was telling her a joke.
