D9 Hosting Now then Brenners. There are 2 of us working on D9 Hosting so we cover the technical support at present, it's all run from a central help desk system so if we need to expand it's just a case of adding another staff member to the script and then they'll get an email each time a new support ticket is opened.
The current site was done by a Russian design firm, I've used them a few times before and they are very good! I did our initial design myself but we did a bit of a mini re-launch in November 07 so we got a new site done as well as adding a few more features.
