DCPL in cooperation with the DC Historic Preservation Office/Office of
Planning will host the 2009 District of Columbi...a Awards for Excellence in Historic Preservation.

The 2009 awards program will honor significant contributions by individuals,
organizations, and businesses promoting historic preservation in the
District of Columbia. The event will draw people from all over the city to
focus on the role preservation plays in shaping the character of
Washington's unique neighborhoods and its historic downtown.

Free and Open to the Public
Business Attire
Photo Identification Required

DC Preservation League Great news!! The house at 1841 16th Street that has suffered from owner neglect for over 30 years is under contract with Potomac Construction Group. They plan to return the building to use by converting it into three condominiums.

Well i know for a fact that any one would be very highly impressed with the end result if Potomac Construction Group is doing the work, They do the best conversion, new build outs and renovations in the DC metro area....
