Snowbombing 08 is taking One Step Beyond as they confirm that ‘the Nutty Boys’ themselves - the one and only princes of ska and undisputed gods of pop, MADNESS - will be packing their bags and coming Snowbombing! The Magnificent 7 will be performing live in an amazing venue in the heart of Mayrhofen, ADMISSION TO WHICH... WILL BE INCLUDED IN YOUR SNOWBOMBING HOLIDAY PACKAGE.
Madness, the most successful chart band of the 1980’s, chalked up more hits than ‘The Godfather’ trilogy DVD, and continued to pen party anthems for an entire generation of skanking ska-lovers, whilst; penetrating the upper regions of the charts an incredible SEVENTEEN times with a winning combination of football anthem sing-a-long choruses, sublime vocal harmonies, immaculate arrangements, cheeky everyday lyrics… and an unflinching commitment to having their photo taken stood-in-a-line! Austria’s popular party resort Mayrhofen will host the snowy Snowbombing shenanigans, which take place between March 31st and 6th April 2008, and will again present the season’s most highly anticipated week-long party. Thousands of British snowsports & music enthusiasts will flock for a fiesta that stretches across mountains, streets and nightclubs for a whole week of flurry and fun.
