Carmel Have to say that I received excellent service in DUO London store when I travelled there last week to be fitted for boots. Not only do I have wide calfs but also a high instep and the girl looking after me couldn't have been more patient or more helpful. Now waiting for delivery of my boots. And I also got shoes which fit!

I so disappointed that Duo will not replace the boots I have just bought for £170 that do not fit. They sent me a size 6 instead of a 7. I tried them on at home and did not notice until I had been walking around for an hour and could not stand the pain. They won't exchange them because I wore them outside.
I have recomm...ened all my friends to get some boots from this store but now I will be doing the opposite. I cannot believe there is no goodwill for such an expensive purchase and no willingness to accept that the error was not my fault.
So disappointed. :(
