KSWR...P (Kiewit, Stacy and Witbeck, Reyes, Parsons, a Joint Venture), the design-build contractor responsible for construction of the first two segments of the Orange Line, is moving along at a rapid pace from Northwest Dallas into North Irving with various types of construction activity. For the third consecutive year more than nine out of ten DART customers report overall satisfaction with the agency.
