More and more Christian congregations are rediscovering the Jewish roots of their faith.
Each year, we try to duplicate the way the Jewish feasts were celebrated by Jesus and the disciples, recreating the atmosphere and internalizing the experience in the light of the revelation of Christ. And each year we learn someth...ing new--we have more than 150 hours of teaching recorded on this subject.
Our desire is to disseminate the information to others, and let each group of believers share the experience themselves. We just completed our Tabernacles Feast for 2009, and it was great! Here are some photos: http://tinyurl.com/yhx7szy

How can you help the homeless?
Enlist 10 to 20 people--your Sunday School class, your neighbors, your bowling league-- who are willing to commit with you to take in a homeless person or a needy family. Make it clear this involves more than merely giving money. It will take time -- time to help them get settled and time ...to get to know them.

Apparently, Scott Roeder, the man accused of murdering Kansas abortion provider Dr. George Tiller, was an early supporter of televangelist Robert Tilton. He became entangled in the Prosperity Gospel in 1992 and began sending his whole paycheck... to Tilton.
