This Dj/Producer and Owner of System Productions in Cleveland, Ohio has been behind the decks for nearly 6 years now. Production wise, Dan just was recently signed to "Harem" Records (Sultan + Ned Shepards Label), for a Remix of "Crimson Sun" by Sultan + Ned Shepard which Features Dirty Vegas Vocals and will be released by January 2010. You can find some of his released remixes on "Low Pressings", a well respected underground House Label founded by Peace Division, and currently run by Hernan Cerbello, Chas Burns and Robbie Lowe and is based out of the UK. Dan is also currently working on Remixes and Originals for Labels like, Incorrect Music, a new Detroit Based Label among others. As a Dj, Dan opened up for George Acosta in October 2004 as his very first gig. Since then Dan has found himself handpicked to open for some some of the best Dj’s in the world, such as: Deep Dish (Both Dubfire + Sharam), Sultan (3 times), DeadMau5, Spirit Catcher "Live" (twice), Danny Howells, Paolo Mojo, Randall Jones, Hernan Cerbello (twice), Phil K, Markus Schulz (twice), Infusion, Andy Caldwell, Doc Martin, Paul Van Dyk, Derek Howell, Chris Fortier, James Lauer, Edgar V, Chris Walsh, Terry Grant (twice), George Acosta, D:Fuse, Open Cloud, Micro, D-Lav + Shlavens, Mike Swells, YOS, Bad Boy Bill, Ryan Elliot, Dennis Cox, Naveen G (twice), Kenneth Thomas (twice), Anthony Attalla, and Nino Anthony to name a few. Dan always brings a high level of energy to his sets. He excels at playing the right song at the right moment and works hard at finding those tunes during his down time in the studio. Dan has been playing all over the Midwest for the last couple of years, delivering his signature sound of house, tech house, techno, and progressive house. And more recently he has secured gigs @ some of the bigger clubs in the U.S., like Avalon in L.A. and Rise in Boston. He has also played in Canada and also at D.E.M.F. Dan also holds quite a few residency's in the midwest. Every other month you can catch him at either Nove or Oslo in Detroit. And in Cleveland, Dan has 2 residency's, one at Anatomy, called the "System Party", which features National and International talent on the first Saturday each month, and has been going strong for almost 2 years now. And don't forget about the Revive Party which is coming up on it's 3 Year Anniversary and takes place at the famous House of Blues, Foundation Room. You may have heard some of Stark's mixes on "Slanted House Radio" and or on "Frisky Radio" or the CHC Podcast. To say Dan has been well received in his hometown would be an understatement, as he was voted "Best Club DJ" in the local Scene Magazine Reader's Poll and also on Spot Cleveland's online poll in 2008. 2009 saw Dan release his first production work on some major labels and 2010 is sure to be a breakout year for this up and coming talent from the Rock N' Roll capital of the world.
