John Curiale We took a Queen sized sheet and painted the big “CAUSE Circle (3 P’s)” in the center and then after I spoke on THE Cause 2 weeks ago, I had the students write the names of their friends on the outside of the circle (ones they are praying for, pursuing, and persuading); then when they “accept Christ” we put the names in the center.

John Curiale My students are so excited to share their faith. I am definitely feeling the "coaching role" now!! Throughout the school day, they will text me on what to say to their friends and their responses and then I will coach them through it! (New Smyrna Beach, FL)

Will do. I remember when I wrote a letter that was filled from the first page to the third page with Jesus to someone I love (My dad).. I put it in a card board box along with a Bible and a book mark with his name on it and it also had a verse on it. It was pretty amazing, cus right when I saw him I had the thought "What are you thinking! You're ... See Morecrazy, He'll never take it!" But then I whispered "God, help me!" it was awesome, the whole story of it is in my notes on here. titled ...it was amazing... ( I don't think I put in there that it helps to know that I hold a special spot in his heart... I was born with clubed feet, which doesn't bother me cus I can't wear high heels! haha. and he was the first one to see my black and blue feet... :) Maybe that's his soft spot?! :) (oh and the bible I put in there, was mine and then I asked my mom if I could get another one and I got a Teen Study Bible) :)

John Curiale (Taylor---student).....I was talking to my friend again who is an atheist, and I’ve been trying to talk to her about Jesus and God and the Bible. And there came a point where she asked me how do I know if any of this is true, and I said I know because of the bible, and what she said was that how do I know that its true..., its just words in a book. When she told me that at first I was quiet and thought for a moment, then I said, we know because of our hearts and I walked away because I didn’t know what else to say at the moment, I was like in shock. But I plan on getting some more sources and work on my friend again. (For more stories visit www.themission28.com)

I've had to deal with this a lot. Check out the Case for ____ (Christ, Faith, a Creator, and real Jesus) by Lee Stroble. Questions such as this, and handfuls of others are answered in clever ways. If you like really factual reading, Evidence for Christianity by Josh McDowell is also a great book. Very, very, in depth, but shocking.

Scott Dozer Part 2~...Next, they are encouraged to get that person to belong to a Church/youth group (hopefully ours) and grow in their faith. When that happens, they will then move that ball from "Accept Christ" basket to the next one saying, "Belong to a Church". THEN, as that person has connected in a Church, they then are chal...lenged to go to THEIR circle of influence, and seek out that person for Jesus Christ-disciples making disciples and moving that golf ball to the last basket saying, "Commit to THE Cause"!!....

Scott Dozer Part 2~ I then had a box full of plastic golf balls, and challenged my students to write at least 1 name of a person on that ball that they are going to pursue!
When they share The Gospel with that person and accept Christ as their personal Savior, they will then put that golf ball with the name of that person into the first basket, "Accept Christ"...

The first one labeled, "Accept Christ", the second saying, "Belong to Church" and then the third one saying, "Commit to THE Cause". (THE Cause Circle)...
