Spencer Carter Hey Dave, Somewhere Up in Canada is a wonderful song. I really enjoyed the voices and the guitar playing. As a native Mainer living in Pennsylvania it strikes a cord in my heart too. Tom has a such a smokey voice I don't remember having before, its wonderful. Thanks for putting it up on the site

Dave Rowe Trio
The song "Somewhere Up in Canada" (in the music player below) is my dad's (Tom Rowe) last recording. This song which he wrote and sang was recorded in October of 2003, a mere 3 months before he passed. The cut was intended for release on a new Turkey Hollow CD which never materialized. At some point we will be releasing a retrospective of Turkey Hollow's material, and this cut will be available on that retrospective, but for now I want to get this final piece of my dad's legacy out there for all to hear. Please enjoy.
