On Sunday, January 11th, Chef David Wong completed his final Bocuse practice run before representing Canada at the prestigious Bocuse d’Or competition in Lyon, France. This run-though simulated the very elements of the competition, using the same allotment of time and resources, exact ingredients, preparations, and e...nd results that Canada’s hopes ride on. Various representatives from Vancouver's media -- including Global TV, City TV, Metro, and 24 Hrs -- attended the final run through and sampled David's amazing creations. This was the first time the general public where allowed to taste and see David's menu entries.
