Overview: The Big Bang! is an annual business plan competition run by MBA students at UC Davis' Graduate School of Management. Our mission is to promote entrepreneurship at UC Davis and within the greater Sacramento region.

FAQ
Who can compete?: Each team must have one UC Davis affiliate who is an active, contributing member of the team.  A UC Davis affiliate can be a current student, alumnus, faculty or staff member.  So long as this requirement is satisfied, other team members do not need to be affiliated with UC Davis.

How long is the competition?: The Big Bang! runs from October through May.  However, the competitive portion of the Big Bang! does not start until February.  Starting in October, the Big Bang! offers informational workshops and mixers to promote team formation.  The competition commences in February with the submission of executive summaries.

Do you have networking and team building tools?: Yes, please join our YouNoodle group and create a profile.  You can then use the tools provided there to connect to other Big Bang! contestants and find teams that are looking for members.
