UC Davis College of Letters and Science Tickets that were not picked up during the designated distribution times are now at the L&S Deans’ Office front desk (street level) and can be picked up anytime 8-12 and 1-5, Monday thru Friday. (Tickets not picked up after December 9 will be considered forfeited.)

COMMENCEMENT TICKET INFORMATION!!!
Tickets for the College of Letters & Science ceremony will be distributed at the ARC Pavilion Ticket Office on the following dates and times:
Sunday, November 15, 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Monday, November 16, 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
You must bring your UC Davis identification card with you in... order to receive your tickets and information packet. If you are not able to come during the assigned times, a friend or family member may pick up your packet if he/she shows your identification card. You may also contact the commencement coordinator to make special arrangements.
Extra Ticket Distribution Process:
If you would like to request additional tickets, please send your request by Friday, November 20, via email to lscommencement@ucdavis.edu and include: Name, student ID, email address, ceremony time, the number of extra tickets you are requesting, and your reasoning, with "Extra Ticket Request" in the subject line.
Please note that ticket allocation is based upon the actual number of students participating in the ceremony, capacity of the venue, and reasons for need. Your graduation from UC Davis is a major milestone in your life, and we wish that we could issue an unlimited amount of tickets for your loved ones. However, we must accommodate some guests for all of our students.
You will be notified if your request has been granted by Wednesday, November 25 and tickets will then be available for pick-up (with your student ID) at the Letters and Science Deans' Office (Social Sciences and Humanities Building, across from Hickey Gym/Field) from Monday, November 30 to Wednesday, December 9. (Tickets not picked up after December 9 will be considered forfeited.)
The ceremony can also be viewed via live streaming webcast at: http://commencementvideo.ucdavis.edu/.
P.S. Commencement Caps and Gowns can be rented at the UC Davis Bookstore (http://bookstore.ucdavis.edu/graduation/). In addition, the UC Davis Bookstore sells graduation related merchandise such as class rings, announcements, frames, and plaques.
