I'm not a thankful cookie. Although once some guy on the street called me cracker. I am however very very grateful that so many of you came to our Holiday Open House Yesterday. We had a great time seeing you all and can't wait to do it all again today...

Yea! It's our 10th Annual Holiday Open House this weekend. Sat and Sun. Cookies, music, happy faces, and lots of fun! We sure do hope you can make it. Don't forget that everything will be 10% off in both stores during the Open House. Sweet.

My vintage shoe buying had spiraled out of control in recent months. I think in the month of September alone I bought one hundred pairs of them. So cute and so much fun. How could I leave them behind. Problem was....how to display so many at one time in a space efficient manor...

A couple of days ago I mentioned that in honor of our 10 year anniversary at Megan Morrison Home and Garden we were going to be giving away a little festive something to the first 50 customers who spent 20 dollars or more at the Holiday Open House on Saturday...

The other day I was out in my photography studio (in truth my front porch) doing some work. Wherever I go diet coke cans are sure to be found. I always mean to pick up after myself but sometimes I forget...

One day this summer as I was digging thru some random cedar trunk in some cute random house I stumbled upon some small pieces of the cutest fabric ever. It had teeny tiny trees and happy little stars on it...

As promised. Here are some photos of the fancier sweaters I just brought in. Lots of vintage cashmere, sequins and beads. Perfect for a holiday soiree. Find these wonderful sweaters at moxie.

I love a day when you can run around town with a sweater as your jacket. Not too warm but not too cold either. I've been gathering up a collection of vintage Nordic sweaters from estates this past summer and just had them delivered to Moxie today...

Well November is here and that means we've been busy little elves at MMHG and Moxie. The team and I have spent the last two weeks decking out the shops with Holiday spirit. Part of that decking out includes dressing the windows. Kind of a big job. Each window takes about a day to do...

Vintage clip on Bow Ties. Probably not going to fly out the door, but they just spoke to me with their tiny bow-tie-eee cuteness. I just had to scoop them up at an estate sale. I think some clever Sally could make a darned cute hair accessory out of these. Just a thought.Find them at moxie

Alison loves the new windows! There's so much to see, defiantly requires a second, or seventh look!

Moxie Pat and I will be making some Holiday Window Magic today at MMHG. Well.....I hope it will be magic and not tears and frustration!

Karin Podolski Here's a pic of my butterfly "flittering" around Moxie today (she is also Adrienne's Grand-daughter). I LOVE the Hello Kitty Cell Phone charms - problem is, I want them all!
