The USOAR program provides funds to students to carry out an independent artistry or research project under the guidance of a NIU faculty or staff member, whether in the U.S. or overseas. All undergraduates in every major are eligible to apply. Students must be available to carry out their USOAR... project during part or all of the period, March 1, 2010, through Feb. 28, 2011.
