Deaf Youth USA The story behind this? One person had an idea. This idea costs $200 (the registration fee). Person calls friends. Friends donate $200 in an hour. DYUSA registers into the Parade. Friends join in. Body painting occurs. The idea now goes to masses, including YOU!
