Van Berkum Nursery The Catalog Party! Every year we mail over a 1000 catalogs to landscapers and garden centers around New England. Stuffing them has become a yearly tradition, complete with Christmas music and lots of totally useless and very entertaining banter. SO... the catalogs are mailed.

Van Berkum Nursery It's 10:30 am, on Dec 9 and we just finished covering the nursery yesterday afternoon. We are feeling very lucky because this photo was taken just minutes ago and we already have 6 inches on the ground. Our last order went out Friday, what a photo finish!

Van Berkum Nursery Today is another beautiful fall day and the staff is busy consolidating our perennials as we get ready to cover for the winter. We all place bets as to the day it will be. We monitor the weather closely starting in about a week. Notice that we've rolled up the shade structure until next spring.
