11th AVE GALLERY is pleased to present a group collaborative exhibition, "BULWARK": WEALTH & POVERTY
featuring works by artists, RYAN COURTER, DOMINICK JOURNEY, and MICHAEL KNOTTS.
The gallery is composed of a mural installation in the entrance gallery and experimental mop paintings cover the walls of the east gallery.

11th ave. gallery proudly shows recent works from artist Tiffany Kennedy. The show is titled 'Robbing Joan Myth' with paintings and drawings.
"The Ecstasy of St. Joan of Arc (Bernini and Dreyer) points to the rich history of visual and cinematic art. Kennedy is evoking the traditions brought forth by the great Baroque ...sculptor, Giovanni Lorenzo Bernini and Carl Dreyer, the director of the landmark film La passion de Jeanne d'Arc . Kennedy states the work is based on “The Ecstasy of S. Teresa of Avila as a visual reference to the sexuality of Joan of Arc.” (written by Heidi Strang in Examiner.com)
