Visit "The Nucleus", a resource for Physics students. There is a tab for "Summer Research" where you can search for REU programs in any discipline in any geographical area. You can apply for many of these programs after your first year! If you have any questions about REU programs, please see a member of the department.

The Nucleus is a website designed for physics and astronomy undergrads. There are all sorts of resources for research and learning, plus cool links and discussion forums for talking with fellow students.
