Basics level classes cover the mechanics and execution of the fundamental steps of American Tribal Style Bellydance. Classes are one hour and include stretching and warm up, one slow move and one fast move.
Devyani Gift Certificates are available for classes, merchandise and private lessons. If you need a last minute gift, just email Devyani@bellsouth.net and we'll get a Gift Certificate out to you right away. :-) They can also be used toward online, webcam private lessons.

Devyani Today is the day! Our 5th Annual Holiday Hafla at Devyani Dance Center starts tonight at 7:00 pm. We have 10, yes TEN, different performances for you tonight including ATS, Tribal Fusion, Cabaret, Carbaret Fusion, Modern African and Ballet! And then we'll dance and party to live music until everyone is ready to go home. :-)

Dance Across Birmingham, the newest addition to the Alabama Dance Festival, is a day of FREE community classes for anyone to experience a dance class in styles ranging from hip-hop, ballroom, praise dance, African dance, Latin dance, swing dance, dance fitness, and tap!
