Been waiting for over a week now for some type of response from Tech Support. I've got a ticket # 19241-1113090903 and I've sent a couple of messages, but still no response. The status of the Ticket shows Not Viewed. I have a problem with the graphics card I bought yesterday. I was really excited to use the new Diamond HD4850 GDDR3 1GB but I might have left it in my car for too long and it might have overheated. When I plugged it into the new build I just made, a red light shines right below words in tiny text saying Overtemp. Any helpful ideas? Otherwise I can just go return it or swap it.

A friend of mine gave me this video card. It's got the diamond logo on it and some numbers here and there, but nothing to tell me what kind of card it is. So I'm going to list all the numbers that I can find and hope some one can help me find out what it is. It has "1999" on the back side with this writen on some paper... tag.SN 4295000005452 , PN 28030531 - 001 . This is imbossed on the card it self. 220 30532 - 001 REV A , and this, STL lll S540 32m (blk)

Danny C Lin ok the RMA department is nonexistent.. sent the video card back 2 weeks ago, and can't even get an acknowledgement from that department. Theres no direct line to the RMA department only to tech support. I'd like to see how Diamond mm handle this. Apparently they are Best Data as well.
