Hi Diana, I just finished your book a second time for my book club. I
absolutely loved it. The characters in the book sounded just like how my mother is. This situation did not happen to my family. But the blame game and the guilt game in a jewish family is always there.
I also wanted to share with you if you are interested me and a friend that are in my Jewish book club are discussing your book on Facebook. I am in Australia so cannot attend your events ( sadly).
i gotta say tho - i just picked up the book one day when browsing for something new. I bought it at 11am,. and finished it at 10pm that night - i could not put it down.!! I LOVE to read, but this novel was exceptional. I loved the dysfunctional family story - but also the spiritual wisdom of the Rabbis. ( i am a Christian BTW)
You are a wonderful writer.!!
