Jashia L. Smith I was asked to plan a friend's graduation party in May 2010 for about 60-75 of his closest family and friends, I am really hoping that he does the party at a loft that I found in Midtown NY, but the food option that he is thinking about going with is a "value package" buffet style menu rather than an "elite" cocktail p...arty or "elite" buffet party. I am treating him as a client rather than a friend. How do I convince him that going cheap and skimping on the food just to save a little money is not the better option? Or do I say anything at all?
