Pokemon TCG And DS League Coming To Blackthorn
The league will begin this month. Some of the prizes available will include an Arcanine foil promo card, Dialga foil promo card, DS Lite Skins and card packs from Nintendo. I will post more information as it becomes available.

My thoughts are that it doesn't matter how hard he tries if his friends are only going to get side-tracked by video games. *Looks questioningly at Mr. Brown* Personally, I will be attending the Dickson version of the demo. This game has a great deal of potential, and I hope that lots of our local gamers get a chance to see how it plays!

P.S. This game has mummies. I feel I don't need to say anything more than that.

Troy, that's an odd statement. So what you're saying is anytime things don't work out like YOU planned, or when YOU take the time to set something up and your friends/contacts/clients/customers/family simply don't make the effort to support you, YOU should have tried harder?
So, the actions of others is your fault?

There is nothing in this for Marc, he wouldn't be getting special swag or money. He simply wanted to demo a cool game and possibly give 'gamers' something new to play. Since there really isn't any reward for him beyond that, he shouldn't have to be out beating on doors to get people to come to the event.

Troy, if you ever decide to run a demo like this I hope you won't have to work too hard and that your friends will make an effort to support you.

Nathan Anthony Mack Jr. Wanna hear something lame? When I got back to APSU Sunday, all my stuff was gone. Someone broke in and robbed me and my roommate. The damage came out to 2000 bucks. My 32" hdtv is gone, my wii, ps2, hd camera, 500 gb hard drive, Street Fighter IV and Brawl and UFC, all my roomies games and 360 and so much other stuff. Luckily though my insurance will cover it so im not completely screwed.
