The CRTC has been around for a long time. Idon't know if you can blame it on the Liberals or Conservatives or anyone else. But by watching their activity ? It's got to go man. It just has to go .

I called and cancelled my Bell Internet on Sunday. I am lucky enough to have an independent cable company in my area that doesn't cap or throttle

I wish I could say I was surprised by the ruling... but it's the CRTC we're talking about... why would Rogers/Bell want competition when we're exploited with some of the highest wireless prices on the planet??

I really hope this can be resolved but I'm not keeping my hopes up until the CRTC is gone forever.

Question: what, if any, is the legal limitation between CRTC members leaving the government and joining companies they used to regulate, such as Bell, Rogers, etc...? Or lobbying on their behalf? Any waiting time? What about in the opposite direction?
