Dive Pirates Foundation Welcome Keith "Kase" Clark of Sebastian Fl and his two buddies, Jennifer and Lorrie as they got in the pool and learned to be adaptive divers and buddies. A special thank you to the instructors, Tony and Carole Anderson of Buffalo, NY. We can't wait to see you all in Cayman Brac next June!!!
Dive Pirates Foundation Thanks to Paul Renna, Charlie Parker, Lectric Ed and the Welders, and Chelsea Hotel and especially Papa's Ice House for a great event Sat Nov 7th. We raised nearly $9000 for our wounded troops, Richard Massimino and Kendrik Clark, to learn to dive. The volunteers led by Kim Nelson did a great job - thanks to you all

Dive Pirates Foundation Congratulations to Justin and Jen Hendrikson - they finished their open waters this weekend at Blue Lagoon in Huntsville, TX with Sophie and will be on the 2010 trip. Job well done!!

Cheryl Just wanted to say Hola to. Barb & Dr. Sophie. We adopted a new wiener dog about a month ago from Animal Humane. We think she's approx 2 yrs old. Her name is MaebyFünke. The plan is to have our dachshund clothing line (Modeled by Trixie, MaebyFünke, Gracie, and your babies) available by the next Cayman trip. Miss y...'all already!! Love, Stan & Cheryl

Dive Pirates Foundation On September 26, 2009, we will help host a book signing for a memoir written by Capt Shannon Meehan, a veteran of the Iraq War, and Dr. Roger Thompson. The book signing is also a cocktail party and will be held at Polo’s Signature Restaurant from 6 pm – 8 pm, 3800 Southwest Freeway in Houston, TX. For $15 per person, w...e will have wine tasting and hors d’ouevres and you can purchase a book, meet the authors and have it signed. Why is this a Dive Pirates event? Dr. Thompson is a Dive Pirate member and will contribute a portion of his proceeds to the Dive Pirates. Please come out and if you haven’t been to Polo’s, you owe it to yourself, it is a fabulous restaurant and they will not disappoint.
