Claudia Pereira Estanislau I am portuguese and in Portugal we have so many dogs in chains it is ridiculous. I run a blog with photos I take of dogs who are chained up. Every day for 6 days I take a photo of the same dog, on the 7th day I write a text about it, to raise awareness. All the dogs I have in the blog are in a radius of 6 km from my ho...use, and I still have not finished. It is astounding the number of chained dogs. So I understand your struggle, I feel it too. I am always educating myself in this matter so I can educate others, so I was very happy to find you on FB. Thank you in the name of all the chained dogs.
