
Featherdale Wildlife Park The Park staff had their hands full today keeping the animals cool in 40+ degree heat. Sprinklers were placed over aviaries and in enclosures and water bowls were continually replenished to ensure all of Featherdale's animals had close access to water throughout the day.

Featherdale Wildlife Park 2 cassowaries have hatched! Both are doing well. Mother Cassowary laid her 5 eggs over several days, hence the spread out hatching of each egg. Still waiting on a couple more bubs.
