Hello friends and fans!

I’m Dottie Donor Dot, Wisconsin’s official organ donation mascot. I’m round, I’m ORANGE and I’m a stylin’ Diva Dot! Don’t let my extreme cuteness confuse you. I represent the orange donor dot sticker that Wisconsin residents add to their driver’s license or state I.D. to show that they wish to be an organ, tissue and eye donor. You’ve probably heard my favorite saying many times… “Got your dot?”

All cuteness aside, (which is difficult for me, due to my extreme cuteness), I have a very important job to do. Did you know that almost 1,500 people in Wisconsin, and more than 103,000 people nationwide, are waiting for lifesaving organ transplants? Thousands more wait for the gift of sight and tissue donations. As a donor, you can save the lives of eight people through organ donation, and enhance the lives of more than 50 people through tissue and eye donation. All those amazing gifts are provided through one generous act, registering as a donor!

As you can imagine, my wonderful volunteer team (The Dottie Duties) and I are busy, busy, busy! We travel across Wisconsin making appearances at sporting events, parades, schools, donor education events…you name it and we’re there! You can’t miss us in our ORANGE Got your dot t-shirts!
