Downtown Council of Kansas City The Kansas City Star featured the Downtown Marketing Group (DMG) in the Business Section today! The DMG an alliance of more than 30 districts, destinations, attractions and civic groups throughout greater Downtown Kansas City, MO collaborating through the leadership of the Downtown Council.

In recent years, perhaps downtowns most visible marketing effort albeit indirectly was a TV spot for Bob Jones Shoes featuring Petula Clarks signature song and some area footage. Now someone new is urging us to go downtown.
