Carolyn Clark Carolyn Clark Hi Dr. Lori! After closing out at least 5 family estates, I am unindated with antiques, interesting collectables and JUNK! I am taking the knowledge you shared when apprasing an estate for me years ago in Scranton, Pa. The hardest items to get rid of is furniture (specificaly 1940's dining room set) that... has belonged to my parents and cannot use anymore. It's getting ruined due to being moved so many times. Memories get in the way. Your advice would be helpful. Maybe this will be the year I can get my car in the garage!
