Dr. Ro Hey FB Fam! FYI DC area fam- next yr. Montgomery County chain restaurants ate required to print calorie counts of menu items. Good news since eating out an avg. of 3x/wk can mean an extra 15 lbs./yr. That's an extra 45 lbs in 3 yrs! Moral? Start counting calories-lose wt & get healthy:)
