We've built some lovely houses in various states and worked with some wonderful builders. But all of our previous home building experiences pale in comparison to our experience in building our... home with Drees. No.....sorry for the confusion. My company, Precision Delivery Services, provides receiving, storage and installation services for home builders, clubhouses, etc. We have developed a model for flat rate pricing that includes the receiving, storage and installation that allows for the costs to be fixed. Basically, we work with design firms.
