After what I just went through with my gelding, try taking her off all her supplements for a week. Turned out my gelding was sensitive to something that was in his supplements. Since he has been off of them, he has returned to being a solid citizen who like to work and likes to be with people.

Check her out for stomach ulcers especially if she is stabled. 85% of horses are affected to some degree and the first sign is a change in attitude, performance and often decrease in appetite (but not necessarily). Finish Lines U7 Gastric Aid is an amazing product, and it is natural, if that is the problem. It is so good you can use it as a diagnostic aid. Cheers :)

Does anyone know how I can strengthen my calves, thighs, and arms for riding? I need to come up with a workout plan. That is my New Year's Resolution.

I love those balance balls, sitting on it and practicing the use of your pelvis & core. Yoga, swimming & pilates are great for strength and body awareness.

Not sure if this is enough, but it helps. Every time I go up my stairs at home, I keep my feet on a stair, lean forward about 5 stairs and put my arms there and do 10-20 pushups. At the end of the day, this adds up. Sometimes, I'll make myself make extra trips up and down for the fitness part. Also, at the top of the stairs, I'll put the ball of ... See Moremy feet on the edge of the stairs, and do lifts, letting my heel fall below the edge of the stairs. This strengthens and stretches.
These might not help a lot, but they sure beat doing nothing!

i want to know if anyone nows how to do t-touching, because i want to learn it and try it on my horse Buddy. if you do could you write it down please.   thanx

I found T-touch very benifical with a resue horse I had. If you learn nothing else than leg stroking with your dressage whip and taking deep breaths as your horse dose the same. I found it very rewarding.

Here is my situation.  First I was wrong in trusting this person.  I answered an ad from Horseville.com about this person needing foal blankets for her foals and she had a "story".  Emailed that I had 2 and was out of the foal business.  Between texting, emailing and phone call we agreed on a pri...

Afraid you're gonna have to chalk that up to experience. Anything you do now could possibly backfire badly on you....not worth $50 unless you or your horses are starving. I'm very sorry you were taken advantage of.
