Ken Tobin Rick etc. If those blind politicians in Dublin Corp. don't want ye, we'd be glad to see ye down here in Kerry - Mightn't get ye 1m+ visitors a year, but it's worth looking at!

Thanks Ken, we'd love to put it outside Dublin, the land would be cheaper, but from an investment point of view it doesn't stack up unfortunately. Maybe one day when the population grows it a bit eh!?

A judicial review is possible but not another appeal. The appeal to ABP more than addressed Fingal's concerns, it was the most comprehensive appeal we've ever done for anything. We may well publish all the documents online so people can make up their own minds.

It's a bloody disgrace. There is NOTING for the Children in Tyrrelstown. Fingal Co. Co. and BMS are a complete and utter joke. The minute I see any signs of BMS wanting to expand I'll be the first to object. It's almost as bad as having Sellafield on your doorstep. Shame on Fingal for not having the balls to stand up to them. Our local TD Brian Lenihan and his buddies caused this mess. Why can't they extend the LUAS out here instead of sorting all their South Side buddies out first.

It's been refused. Does that mean it's dead and buried or is there any hope at all?

Fearghal McGuinness So is this new plan for dundalk good or bad? http://www.irishtimes.com/newspaper/breaking/2009/1123/breaking30.htm Proves that there is demand, sure Fingal CoCo would rather have the economic benefits than see it go to louth! But surely it wouldn't be worth while when (fingers still crossed) snowtopia gets the go ahead? Eagerly waiting on ABP decision!

Developers claim about 1,500 jobs will be created at the Altitude snow sports and leisure centre just outside Dundalk over the next seven years.

No real competition to Snowtopia, its an outside ski area on plastic netting similar to Kilternan. Real snow is the way to go!
