Wow, it's great to know that we'll still be able to enjoy Thai food and the rest of our Asian favorites when we move back to the U.S. This is one of my biggest concerns, leaving behind the best prata, nasi lemak, pepper crab, beef rendang, etc.... I know how to make papaya salad and Tom Yum now, I am working on learning to make prata (^_^)...
