We would like to bring to your attention our course, The Art of Performance, Music 126S, which is being offered again this spring. This seminar class will meet on Fridays from 11:55-2:25 and will offer students the opportunity to work on ...their own performance skills in class and study various aspects of the performers' art.
Guest lecturers will address the Performer as Collaborator, as Conductor, as Composer, as Improviser, as Impressario, as Scholar, etc. Assignments will include reports on live concerts, comparative listening, and others. (Permission number required.)Read More
