Mid-America Reformed Seminary Don't miss out on the Mid-America Fall Lecture Series featuring Dr. Eric L. Johnson TODAY at 1pm. Dr. Johnson will be speaking on "Jesus Christ and the Care of Souls." Lectures are today at 1pm and tomorrow at 8:30 and 10:30 am.

“Our official position on eschatology is any position that conforms to the confessional standards to which we subscribe: Heidelberg Catechism, Belgic Confession, Canons of Dort, and the Westminster Confession of Faith. Consistent with the confessions, all of our faculty hold either to an “amillennial” or “postmillennia...l” view of the millennium. We would judge dispensational premillennialism to be inconsistent with the teaching of Scripture, as it is summarized in these confessional standards.
One of the faculty members, Dr. Cornelis P. Venema, has authored two books on the subject of eschatology, which represent broadly the view of the faculty and the seminary: The Promise of the Future (Banner of Truth, 2000); and Christ and the Future (Banner of Truth, 2008).”
