EQuality Training is an innovative, vibrant company that designs and delivers tailored training in diversity, inclusion and leadership.
We help many organisations across the UK to improve their effectiveness through better use of people and their skills. Our clients include police forces, social services, children’s directorates, the NHS, ‘early years’ services, nurseries, schools and colleges.


Laura (Mole) Chapman

Mole is an outstanding speaker / facilitator who brings humour and masses of energy to the learning environment. As director of EQuality Training, she has sought to create a vibrant company that celebrates the positive and possible.Mole is an experienced educationalist, researcher, and author; she draws not only on her extensive knowledge, but also on real life to give refreshing and remarkable insights into the entire equality arena. She prides herself on her excellent relationships with clients, many of whom return year after year and speak of her fondly and with pleasure.

Jill Mundy

Jill has been committed to inclusion since school, where she reached a personal understanding of inequality early on. Since then her wish for greater fairness has been strengthened by understanding, experience and professional development. She has worked tirelessly to demonstrate her strong belief in social justice, which is clear in her practice. A teacher for many years her belief in equality was often challenged by the constraints of school practice and the education system. It is these insights into teachers’ lives and the workings of schools that have added invaluable depth to our recent work.
