ESPN RISE Football Greg Biggins of ESPN RISE is reporting that both Tony Jefferson (Chula Vista, Calif./Eastlake) and Kenny Stills (Carlsbad, Calif./La Costa Canyon) have committed to Oklahoma. The two made their announcements at the Silver Pigskin Gala, a San Diego awards show Friday night.
