
The Arc of Montgomery, Berks & Bucks Counties On Nov 18, 2009, theUS Senate leadership unveiled its final health reform package, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. The Community Living Assistance Services and Supports Act or CLASS Act is included in the final Senate bill. The CLASS Act sets up a voluntary system for long-term supports and services and is of great consequence to the disability community.

Some are being warned that individuals who require hospital care need to limit home visits because they might exceed the 48-day limit.
