Perceptions....by Gidg Photography tip of the week: If you want to get hose 'natural' pictures of your kids doing something, DO NOT tell them to "Look at mommy, smile for me. Come on sweetie, just give me one big smile" All that is going to do is get you a big fake cheesy grin. That is, if they decide to cooperate. Otherwise all it does is g...ets you and the child frustrated.

This is what you shoudl do. Follow your child around and ask questions to get them to interact with something. If they see a leaf as them to pick it up and tell you about it. Or hold it up for mommy to see. While they are involved and looking at the leaf snap a few "candid" shots. Then maybe tell a funny story about the leaf to get them to give you... See More a real and natural laugh and smile. You pretty much just have to pretend that you are interacting with them with out the camera. But be ready to snal at any moment to get that once in a lifetime shot. It is not catural for a child to hold still and pose for you. They just want to be themselves and I am sure that is what you want to capture. Good luck and let me know if you have any questions about this one. Ask them here in the post so I can answer them for all to see. Trust me, you will not be the only one wanting to ask that question.
