The Historical Society of Michigan is looking forward to bringing the next issue of Michigan History magazine (MHM) to our readers. We also welcome new MHM Editor Patricia Majher and Assistant Editor Douglas Fisher to our staff team. The next issue (Nov/Dec) will go to press around December 1st and subscribers will r…eceive the next issue in mid-December. Michigan History magazine
On October 1, 2009 Michigan History magazine moved from the Michigan Department of History, Arts and Libraries to the Historical Society of Michigan, per Gov. Jennifer Granholm's Executive Order 2009-36 which required that the magazine be moved... to a non-profit organization.
