Warfel Construction CompanyWarfel Construction Company, East Petersburg, was recently awarded a $6.9 million contract to build a new Fairfield Inn in Kennett Square. The 60,900 sq. ft., four story hotel will have 109 rooms/suites, an indoor pool, a fitness center, and café area. The Onix Group of Kennett Square will own and operate the hotel. Overs...eeing the project for Warfel is Senior Project Manager Sheila Snyder and Field Superintendent Brian Musser, both of whom reside in Lancaster. The 10 month project, designed by Bernardon Haber Halloway Architects PC of Kennett Square will be complete in June 2009.
