Detailed Info

Company Overview:
Edesia is the Roman goddess of food preparation who presides over banquets. Her guidance ensures that a feast will go well and the food will be excellent. Her name comes from the Latin verb edes, meaning "to eat" or "to consume." Feasting was considered a magical and important act by the Romans, thereby deserving of its own goddess.
Mission:
Host Kim Ode seeks out the top experts from the Twin Cities' food scene to share their opinions regarding cookbooks for various cuisines or techniques. The better the information, the better a cook or baker can wisely choose a new cookbook. Confidence equals success.
Products:
We meet on the fourth Monday of each month to review cookbooks about a particular food, cuisine or technique. And to sample!
