Bigelo's Bistro We have already sold 20 tickets to our 9th Anniversary beer dinner. Tickets are moving faster than normal. We only sell 40-50 tickets. Get'em while you can, it's going to be a good one.
Bigelo's Bistro Dan Kopman, co-founder and vice president of Schlafly, has graciously offered to come to our 9th Aniversary beer dinner and talk about all the wonderful beers we will drink that evening. Dan is not only an expert on Schlafly, but one the most knowledgeable beer mind in our area.

Five appetizer sized courses served with five different Schlafly beers
1st- Flat Bread Pizza with a walnut - cranberry pesto, smoked turkey and feta
Beer – No. 15
2nd- Bison and Black Bean Chili w/ avocado-red onion relish and cumin sour cream
Beer – Some Hoppy Schlafly Beer
3rd- ...Beer Braised Bratwurst with caramelized onions on German potato salad

4th- Shredded Pork in Mole Verde over white beans

5th- Schlafly’s own Sticky Toffee Pudding
