I visited my favorite fabric shop in Boston, Winmil Fabrics, and found quilted Burberry fabric that’s 100% waterproof! What a coup! Water has no chance against this fabric — it slides right off. Burberry used this fabric for rain coats and then sold the unused fabric. ...
