Join us for a taste of a real survivor game! Participate in competitions and get your hands dirty with activities as native North Texas plants and animals reveal their survival techniques. Discover how human impact effects our environment. Participants will work together learning how ecosystems are connected, and devel...op positive attitudes toward all living things. Fun for all ages! Girl Scout Badges Available: Earth Connections & Wildlife;Try-Its, Plants & Animals.
$8 per child, $1 off for canned food donation. 2 adults per child free, additional adults pay same as child. Admission includes all activities, popcorn, and soda.

rear, mount, and release the "creepy crawlies".

Elm Fork Education Center
Through hands on exploration participants will investigate the uses of technology in our modern world. We will provide children opportunities to create their own inventions, and discover how technology has evolved from the past, to the present and envision technology needs in the future. Participants will work as a tea...m, with family or friends to brainstorm problems in our world, locally and globally, and think of ways to solve it using technology. Girl Scout Badges available: Science in Everyday Life, and Discovering Technology; Try It, Science in Action.
