Elmhurst Park District Purchase a tree to decorate for the Park District's annual Old Fashioned Tree Lighting celebration on Thursday, December 3! For only $40, your tree will brighten up Wilder Park and your organization will be recognized. Register at Wagner Community Center by December 1 to pick out your tree location.

Come celebrate the season with your friends at the annual Wilder Mansion Holiday Gala. Honoring the Park District's 90th Anniversary, the evening will feature an array of food, drinks, and entertainment. Proceeds benefit the Wilder Mansion Endowment Fund to preserve the historic integrity of the building.

Elmhurst Park District Catch some fun at the Park District’s annual Eldridge Park Lagoon Fishing Derby. On Saturday, September 26 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m., kids ages 3-14 can fish for prizes (with adult supervision.) Fishermen must bring their own fishing pole. Elmhurst Park District Bring the whole family to Berens Park’s east parking lot for a vroom-ing good time at the Park District’s annual Touch A Truck event. On Saturday, September 12 from 10 a.m.-noon, everyone will have a chance to touch, climb through and explore a variety of trucks and vehicles. Truck types include a fire truck, rescue truck, backhoe, dump truck and more. Make sure to bring your camera!

Elmhurst Park District On August 22, the Park District hosted Pack the Park from 6-10:30 p.m. Guests spent the evening enjoying the sounds of Jim Gill, then settled in for a showing of “Ratatouille,” our family movie in the park. Pack the Park partygoers challenged each other on an inflatable obstacle course, along with giant soccer. All Hub amenities—including spray ground, batting cages and miniature golf—were free during the event.

Elmhurst Park District The Elmhurst Park District and Elmhurst College hosted a performance of the Air Force Band on Friday, August 14 on Elmhurst College Mall. The band dazzled the crowd, telling the inspiring Air Force story through music.
